  2. Such a shame about the lamb. I completely agree with you about religion and the two-faced attitude of some church goers. It’s the most appalling, insensitive way to behave.

  3. Beautiful piece of writing, J; but how sad about the missing lamb. Nature is a harsh mistress. As for the driver … shall I be charitable and think that perhaps some crisis was occurring in his/her life which necessitated such thoughtless and dangerous behaviour? After all the dramas with the lambs, fencing sounds a very tranquil occupation. May it keep you happily occupied for a while!
