Yes, Cathy. Sunny September days in the Hebrides are certainly very special, but the clear blue skies are just an element in the overall ‘feel’: the skies themselves are rather dull. Much more interesting is the drama of winter sunshine between storms, a great drama of light and dark, in sky, land and sea. Baroque ceiling frescos pale by comparison!
Yay, Donald!
Helloooooooo, Donald! Glad to see you home!
Hurrah!
YAY! It was lonely without him!
YEA!! And a mighty roar goes up on this side of the pond!!
J > He’s seen a bit of the world and decided it’s not so bad here after all – even if it means dodging those bossy geese.
What wonderful blue skies you have got today – makes a wonderful backdrop for Donald and his friends 🙂
J > Early Autumn skies : it’s this kind of weather – at this time of year – that has always drawn us to the Hebridean islands!
But you are clearly both able to take the other sort of skies along with the sunny Autumn ones

And of course you have such ‘big’ skies, which add another dim nsion altogether
Please extend my own “Welcome back, Donald!” to the duck. Lol 😀
J > I’ll give him your best wishes along with his grain, tomorrow morning!
Lol, great!
