  1. Happy New Year both! I have never tasted hogget -one to try once we’re up there. Even mutton is difficult to get down South, although it was sold widely in France where they appreciate the richer taste of the older meat. Yours sounds gorgeous

    Your meal looks delicious and savory indeed! I think its wonderful that you have been able to raise the meat and vegetables yourselves. I wish I could do the same, but sadly for me, that is not physically possible.
