  1. Yummy. Our peas are a spring crop and were enjoyed and frozen when they came in. There are never enough. My first crop of beans were enjoyed and frozen and the second crop has yet to start to produce, but we look forward to enjoying them and freezing more.

    • D > We know you have cold hard winters, but when spring comes, the ground will warm up fast and you will certainly have a linger growing season than us. We cab get an earlier pea variety, but the conditions here do not favour them : Spring here is often colder than winter, as skies are clear with a north wind, and for the same reason it is too dry!
